Clee Hill Plant Limited is seeking a Central Sales Support and Account Coordinator based at our Corby Depot. The role involves promoting products and services to customers, building professional relationships and supporting the Sales Team.

The ideal candidate has experience in plant hire, is a self-starter with excellent communication and administrative skills, and holds a valid driving licence. Corporate benefits include a discretionary bonus scheme and pension contributions.

• Experience in the Plant Hire Industry is essential.
• Self-starter with assertive, decisive and adaptable approach.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills; driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with existing customers to update on products/services and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Contact new and prospective customers via telephone, email, video conference or social media; pass leads to Area Sales Managers where applicable.
• Meet daily call targets and complete CRM records for all calls and emails.
• Drive quote conversion and ensure follow-up discipline and customer engagement.
• Develop relationships with Sales Team, Head Office, Support Functions and Depots by phone/video conference.
• Provide Central Marketing Support including Social Media feeds, bespoke campaigns and reporting results.
