CO Home Improvements, Carlisle, part of a six-brand group across the North of England and Cumbria, is seeking a Sales Support team member to warmly welcome customers in our showroom and deliver exceptional service. You will build relationships, guide customers through products, and keep the showroom organized.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and ensure their showroom experience is memorable.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and personalised assistance to meet customer needs.
• Build strong relationships by understanding home improvement needs and guiding customers through products.
• Stay organised by handling administrative tasks and keeping the showroom running smoothly.
• Work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with occasional weekday shifts for cover.

About the Role:

As our Sales Support Staff, you’ll be the welcoming face that greets our customers and ensures they have a memorable experience.Here’s what your role entails:

• Stay Organised:Handle administrative tasks and keep our showroom running smoothly.
• You’ll be expected to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and occasionally pick up weekday shifts when extra cover is needed.

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and has strong organisational skills.Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in reception or customer service roles in a showroom is ideal – however full training will be provided.
• Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
• A friendly and approachable demeanour, combined with a professional attitude.
