Job summary

CO Home Improvements is seeking a Sales Support to welcome and assist customers in our showroom, delivering courteous and personalised service across a broad range of home improvement products.

You will help build relationships, understand customer needs, and guide them through our product range while keeping the showroom organised. The role requires weekend work (Fri–Sun) with occasional midweek shifts, and offers training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or customer service roles in a showroom is ideal, full training provided.
• Excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
• A friendly and approachable demeanour, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in showroom.
• Deliver professional, courteous and personalised assistance.

About the Role

Here's what your role entails:

• Welcome and assist customers: Make every customer feel at home by providing a warm welcome and ensuring their comfort in our showroom.
• Deliver exceptional customer service: Offer professional, courteous, and personalised assistance to meet the needs of each customer.
• Build strong relationships: Engage with customers, understand their home improvement needs, and guide them through our wide range of products.
• Stay Organised: Handle administrative tasks and keep our showroom running smoothly.
• You'll be expected to work Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and occasionally pick up weekday shifts when extra cover is needed.

Who we're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and has strong organisational skills. Here's what we're looking for:
