About the role

ABB is seeking a Sales Specialist for our Electrification, Smart Buildings division in Northern Ireland. This home-based role involves managing sales of products, systems, and services, aligning with division strategies to meet qualitative and quantitative targets. The position is focused on developing new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting market growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Sell products, systems, and services to achieve volume, mix, and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain effective customer relationships to understand needs and promote ABB solutions
  • Ensure positive customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Develop sales plans using ABB tools
  • Review sales performance and implement recovery plans if needed
  • Create value for customers and ABB through effective sales techniques
  • Communicate delivery, payment, and terms details clearly
  • Support marketing activities and communicate value propositions
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities
  • Manage administrative aspects of sales and support project and cash management
  • Ensure technical and financial accuracy of offers
  • Utilize standardized sales processes and tools like Salesforce
