Job summary

Frazer, part of STARK Building Materials UK, is seeking a Sales Specialist in Chorley (PR6 0PH) to build strong relationships with customers and provide expert product advice. The role focuses on meeting client needs with responsive service and industry knowledge.

The position offers 7am–5pm hours, Monday–Friday, with flexibility on start/finish times. You will contribute to sales targets and company initiatives while supporting suppliers and improving customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Building excellent relationships with new and lapsed customers so you can understand and meet their needs.
• Maximising customer interactions to support the achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant products, offering specific product advice.
• Getting to know our suppliers and continuously looking for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge.
• Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
• Following plans to continuously improve customer experience.
• Advising customers on trading terms and conditions and information in relation to customer accounts and credit levels. (financial)
• Supporting all Company initiatives.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Specialist based in our Chorley (PR6 0PH)branch!

Hours: 7am-5pm Monday-Friday (can be flexible on start/finish times)

What You'll Be Doing
