Return on Investment Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist for Volvo in Maidenhead. You will drive high-volume, value-based car sales to retail and SME customers and represent Volvo with energy and integrity.
The role requires a proactive, resilient professional with strong negotiation and presentation skills, experienced in automotive sales and CRM systems. A GCSEs-level education is sufficient; full training will be provided.

Job Type: Full time, 9am - 5.30pm. You must be able to commit to working the occasional weekend (1 in 5 weeks) covering both Saturday and Sunday

As a New Car Sales Specialist for Volvo, you’ll be responsible for driving high-volume, value-based sales to retail and SME clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in achieving optimal sales contribution for VCUK, building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a challenging but highly rewarding role, ideal for resilient, high-energy individuals with a passion for sales.
The ideal candidate is high-energy, with the right attitude, work ethic, and sales skills. No formal qualifications beyond GCSEs are required, though understanding the sales process and experience handling knock-backs is advantageous.
