Sytner Group is seeking a Sales Executive at Volvo Bolton, offering a base salary of £20,000 with strong commission potential. You will be the main point of contact for customers throughout the car-buying journey, delivering first-class service and leveraging a generous OTE and company car.

The role may include weekend work to ensure top-tier customer experience, with benefits like subsidised purchase schemes and staff discounts driving a large range of value-adds for you and your family.

Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission. Our Sales Executives really are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships. Joining us as a Sales Executive means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during this exciting experience of buying their car, so it's crucial you get the service right first time and every time. About the role

Volvo Bolton have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from some form of customer service or sales background. As a Sytner Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car. Sytner Sales Executives work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. On top of your salary and very achievable OTE of £55,00, you will also receive a company car and benefit from subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family as well as discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted Gym membership and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit. Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
