Job summary

Barratt Developments plc in Norwich is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing support role to assist prospective and existing purchasers. You will help guide customers through the purchase journey, provide product knowledge and maintain accurate paperwork and records.

This role emphasises strong customer service, CRM usage, collaboration with the Sales Manager, and flexibility to work across showrooms, offices, and sites as part of a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service environment (retail, hospitality, banking, housebuilding, estate agency).
• Strong customer focus with ability to match customer needs.
• Commercial awareness of market and competitors.

Responsibilities

• Look after prospective and existing purchasers in a welcoming, professional and efficient manner.
• Provide expertise in house types, specs, extras and procedures.
• Maintain CRM database (i-Sales) and ensure paperwork is up to date.
• Support Sales Manager and Sales Adviser, coordinate with Site Management.
• Attend training and develop knowledge of PCI DSS as required.
