Job summary

schuh in Glasgow Fort is looking for Sales Assistants to deliver top-notch customer service to our kids store customers. You’ll help with our free measure and fitting service, share product knowledge, and process payments and reservations while keeping stock and merchandising tidy.

We have an exciting opportunity for Sales Assistants to join our kids store in Glasgow Fort.

Candidates should have flexible midweek and weekend availability.

This store opens until midnight during the festive period, candidates should consider this when applying.

About what you’ll be doing –

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible to both child and their parent/guardian
• Offering our free measure and fitting service to our little customers
• Providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures

Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
