Job summary

schuh in London Stratford is seeking a Temporary Sales Assistant to provide exceptional customer service, share in-depth product knowledge and support sales targets. You will handle payments, orders and stock, while keeping the shop floor well-presented and organized.

Training is provided for the role. The position offers flexible hours, a competitive hourly rate at or above the national minimum wage, and a range of benefits including discounts and wellbeing support.

• Customer service experience preferred but not essential; full training provided.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Sales Assistant to join our store in London Stratford Kids Store!

Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

About what you’ll be doing -

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
• Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
