Job summary

schuh in Inverness Park is looking for a Sales Assistant to join our store team. You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge and drive friendly, high‑quality service.

You’ll help with payments, stock, merchandising and daily store operations while meeting KPIs. Previous experience isn’t essential as full training is provided.

We offer flexible hours and a welcoming team environment at this busy, fashion‑forward store.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our store in Inverness Park.

Candidates must have flexibility both weekdays and weekends.

Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

About what you’ll be doing

• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Maintaining high standards both on shop floor and in back areas
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures

Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
