Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for new and existing customers buying or renewing cover and requesting changes.
• Drive sales and retain customers by exploring needs and matching cover levels.
• Deliver exceptional service with clear guidance during routine enquiries while staying commercially aware.
• Accurately capture customer details, process new sales, upgrades, and manage retentions across systems.
• Collaborate within the Green Flag Rescue team to meet sales, retention and quality targets.
