Job summary

LITT Recruitment Group is seeking a Customer Retention Adviser to manage a portfolio of existing and previously lost customers across schools in the UK, guiding them through renewal processes with a consultative approach.

You will contact customers, discuss pricing, prepare quotations and close renewal opportunities while maintaining CRM records and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Based in Gateshead with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience within renewals, customer retention, sales or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service abilities.
• Ability to balance customer needs with commercial targets in a consultative selling approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing and previously lost customers through the renewal cycle.
• Proactively contact customers by phone and email to progress renewals.
• Prepare quotations and discuss pricing to close opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update stakeholders on progress.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
