We are now seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Reservations Assistant to join our dynamic team and support not just bookings and customer service, but also website updates and marketing efforts.

Role Overview

As a Sales & Reservations Assistant, you will serve as a key point of contact for our guests—guiding them through the booking process, answering queries, and ensuring a seamless experience from first inquiry to event attendance. You’ll also play a supporting role in our marketing and online presence, helping to maintain the website and assist with promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming inquiries and bookings across phone, email, in person, and online platforms.
  • Provide detailed event and product information, offering upsell options to enhance guest experiences.
  • Use the Collins booking system to process and update reservations, dietary requirements, and seating preferences.
  • Liaise with the Front-of-House (FOH) team to ensure all guest information is clearly communicated and accurate.
  • Greet and support guests onsite with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Assist in updating website content, including show dates, ticket availability, pricing, and special offers.
  • Support the Marketing team with tasks such as social media scheduling, email marketing setup, and content gathering.
  • Contribute to the creation of reports, guest lists, and reservation summaries to support daily operations.
  • Maintain detailed product knowledge to act as a brand ambassador at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Sales-Driven: Confident in recommending upgrades and packages to drive revenue.
  • Digitally Capable: Comfortable with website content management (e.g., WordPress or similar), Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
  • Marketing Awareness: A keen interest in or experience with basic marketing tasks, such as email marketing, social media, or promotions.
  • Organised & Reliable: Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong Communicator: Clear, friendly, and professional across all channels—written, verbal, and in-person.
  • Team-Oriented: Works well with multiple departments, from Sales to Marketing to FOH.
  • Experience with Collins CRM is advantageous but not required.
