Job Description
  • Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms
  • Manage all group bookings and keep track of payments and rooming lists
  • Manage group accounts
  • Process and confirm guest reservations accurately and efficiently
  • Provide detailed information about room types, rates, and amenities
  • Assist guests with special requests and accommodate their needs when possible
  • Update and maintain the reservation system to ensure accurate room availability
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Resolve booking-related issues and customer concerns promptly
  • Generate reports on occupancy rates and reservation trends as needed
  • Upsell room upgrades and additional services when appropriate
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of property features, local attractions, and ongoing promotions
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills - English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Excel
  • Good knowledge of Opera PMS
  • Be a team player and able to manage workload
  • Be flexible to work in other departments if required
