Job Description
  • Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
  • Manage all group bookings, including tracking payments and rooming lists.
  • Manage group accounts effectively.
  • Process and confirm guest reservations accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide detailed information about room types, rates, and amenities.
  • Assist guests with special requests and accommodate their needs when possible.
  • Update and maintain the reservation system to ensure accurate room availability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Resolve booking-related issues and customer concerns promptly.
  • Generate reports on occupancy rates and reservation trends as needed.
  • Upsell room upgrades and additional services when appropriate.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of property features, local attractions, and ongoing promotions.
Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Excel.

Proficiency in Opera PMS.

Ability to work as part of a team and manage workload efficiently.

Flexibility to work in other departments if required.
