As a Reservations Agent, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Managing all guest reservations and ensuring a smooth and seamless guest experience
• Dealing with all reservation requests and changes, accurately processing bookings, and assisting guests with their needs
• Working closely with the Front of House department to maintain inventory, manage pre-payments, and support both individual and group bookings

What we are looking for

• Excellent command of written and spoken English, combined with excellent communication skills.
• Previous Front of House or Reservations experience is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work on a varied schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to embody the essence of our company values and behave in a way that demonstrates commitment to them.
