Our Outpatients Call Centre, based at Basildon Centre, St Martins Square offices are on the second floor of the building which is situated in the Town Centre of Basildon.
Upon appointment, you may be expected to work in one of the main site hospitals (Basildon, Broomfield, or Southend) for training and learning purposes, with you then moving to the office in Basildon Town Centre once competencies have been met.
As part of the central booking team, you will be responsible for booking both new and follow-up appointments across Basildon, Broomfield, and Southend.
