Position Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Enhance and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Prospect and secure new accounts using modern tools.
- Drive market growth with new and innovative applications for the extensive product line.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Sales Support teams to improve customer satisfaction.
- Implement and execute sales strategies to meet personal and company goals.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with proven success.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
Preferred:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
- Professional sales training (e.g., Carew, Carnegie, Sandler).
- Experience in Packaging, Waste Management, Recycling, or related industries.
