Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Sales Representative (Fire & Security) based in Perivale, West London. The role offers £40,000–£45,000 (OTE £80,000) with uncapped commission, a performance bonus, and progression to Sales Director, plus industry training.

You will generate new enquiries, build a sales pipeline, and convert opportunities to orders, reporting to the Operations Manager. Travel to client sites or remote meetings will be required to understand requirements.

Are you a Sales Representative or similar from a Fire & Security background seeking the opportunity to progress and develop your career to Sales Director?

Do you want to work for a Multi-Disciplinary business, where no two days are the same within the Satellite, Aerial, Smart home systems and Audio Visual industries, with the opportunities to earn upwards of £80,000?

In this role you will be responsible for generating new enquires, building sales pipeline and converting opportunities to confirmed orders, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.

This role:

• Managing inbound enquiries and converting leads into quotes
• Meeting clients on site or remotely to understand requirements
