Sales & Relationship Manager

Reporting To: VP of Sales


Description

Due to our continued success and ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and high-performing Sales & Relationship Manager to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will be focused on growing and managing a significant sales pipeline in the UK and Europe.


Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously sustain and grow a strong sales pipeline by actively developing and managing leads and opportunities.
  • Achieve and maintain a high conversation rate.
  • Manage the full sales process for high-value deals with complex organisations.
  • Develop campaign plans in partnership with the Marketing team to promote the use of AutoRek.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver value-based propositions effectively.
  • Attend events / WebEx’s and other trade activities where clients are present.
  • Participate in the wider sales team activities, including strategy, pricing, and go-to-market planning.
  • Maintain good sales hygiene by ensuring timely CRM updates, submitting meeting reports, and providing accurate forecasting.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • A strong background in enterprise software sales with demonstrable results.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service).
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and pursue opportunities within the capital markets sector.
  • Confident in stakeholder management and engagement, with excellent negotiation skills to effectively guide customers through to deal closure.
  • The ability to build and maintain trusted relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Experienced in complex contract negotiations.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies, e.g., MEDDICC.
  • Willingness to travel periodically based on customer and business needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Dynamic CRM.
  • Market knowledge of financial services firms (buy-side and sell-side) and their operations.
  • Understanding of back and middle office operational flows.
