Client Relationship Manager – Up to £60k - National

We are looking for an exceptional candidate for the role of Client Relationship Manager with an established Contract Caterer operating across education, B&I, public sector, and stadia. The role combines operations and Business Development, making it a fast-paced and exciting position.

About the position:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will liaise with existing clients to ensure contract delivery and satisfaction. Your responsibilities include working with operators on best practices and contract enhancements to retain contracts. You will collaborate with operational leadership and the Business Development team to position the organization for re-tendering. This is a national role; mobility is essential, and presence where required is expected.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong operational understanding within Contract Catering and delivery of complex contracts
• Experience with contract re-tendering, sales pitches, and sales cycles
• Analytical skills, a good grasp of numbers, and a focus on exceeding client expectations
