Bellway is recruiting a Sales Progressor in Livingston to move sales from reservation through to contract exchange and completion, ensuring swift processes and maximum profit while delivering high levels of customer service.

You will coordinate with the sales team, solicitors, lenders and estate agents, aiming to keep stakeholders informed and support a smooth progression of each sale.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of the housing market and conveyancing process would be desirable.
• Experience of working in a sales-targeted environment.

Aufgaben

• Move sales from reservation stage through to contract exchange and completion in the shortest possible timescale.
• Liaise between divisional office sales team, Sales Advisors, lenders/brokers/estate agents to inform progress of each sale.
• Investigate and resolve problems, particularly in multi-chain sales.
• Provide weekly updates to Sales Advisors and report to senior management as required.
