Connells Group in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Sales Progressor / Estate Agent to join the residential sales team. This branch-based role focuses on guiding transactions from sale agreed to exchange and completion, ensuring a smooth process for buyers and sellers.

You will work closely with vendors, buyers, solicitors and mortgage lenders, keeping everyone informed and resolving issues that could delay the deal. A strong customer service ethos and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency, residential property sales, sales progression or conveyancing.
• Ability to keep transactions moving and keep customers informed.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales progression from sale agreed through to exchange and completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage lenders and other estate agents.
• Keep all parties updated and resolve issues to prevent delays.
• Assist with handing over keys to new homeowners when completed.
