Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Sales Progressor to move sales from reservation through to contract exchange and completion, ensuring fast timelines and maximum profit while delivering high service levels. The post also provides administrative support to the Sales Director and the team.

The role requires collaboration with solicitors, lenders and estate agents, with a proactive, patient and highly organized approach.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the housing market and conveyancing process desirable.
• Experience in a sales-targeted environment.
• Experience building effective working relationships within a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication between customer solicitor and company solicitor to drive contract exchange by reservation expiry date.
• Liaise with sales team, lenders/brokers/estate agents to inform progress of each sale.
• Investigate and resolve problems, especially with multi-chain sales.
• Guide customers through contract/completion, acting as central point of contact.
• Ensure customers receive high levels of service at all times.
• Resolve ad-hoc queries to allow conveyancers to focus on complex matters.
• Provide weekly updates to Senior Management and support to Sales Advisors.
• Post- exchange, support the process to completion and keep timelines tight.
