Crest Nicholson are recruiting a Sales Progressor for their South division. You will manage the full sales progression from reservation through to completion, coordinating with purchasers, solicitors and internal teams to ensure timely exchanges and smooth handovers.

The role requires a solid understanding of conveyancing, part exchange and Help to Buy basics, plus strong customer service and organisation. Team-based, with a focus on meeting targets and delivering excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the home buying process.
• Understanding of the mortgage market and conveyancing requirements.
• Understanding the barriers within the process and how to overcome them.

Responsabilités

• Be the point of contact for purchasers from reservation to completion.
• Guide purchasers through the conveyance process and facilitate swift exchanges.
• Achieve agreed sales targets including progressing off-plan sales.
• Communicate promptly with customers.
• Coordinate with build and sales teams for completion dates.
• Serve notices to complete and manage funds."
• Provide regular progress reports.
• Ensure legal and regulatory requirements are met.
• Capture customer feedback for analysis.
• Assist handover to purchasers on completion day.
