Job summary

Bloor Homes in Lichfield is looking for a Sales Progressor to help manage the sales databases and progress chasing across all plots, ensuring monthly targets are met for the Midlands region.

The role suits someone with experience in new homes sales and a solid understanding of the industry processes, who can liaise with solicitors, estate agents and mortgage advisers, maintaining strong internal relationships and delivering customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence required.
• Experience as a Sales Progressor in new homes or estate agency.
• Understanding of the legal process from sale to exchange and completion.
• Ability to liaise effectively with solicitors, agents, developers and mortgage advisers.
• Positive, target-driven attitude with self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Progress chasing on all plots to meet monthly regional targets.
• Maintain up-to-date live progress reports.
• Provide administrator and customer support.
• Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, financial advisers and internal teams.
• Ensure KPI targets from reservation to completion are met.
• Attend weekly managers and directors meetings with in-depth plot updates.
• Assist live sites with database management.
• Manage the customer database for coming soon developments.
• Attend meetings with IFA, solicitors and site set-up.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding timing, site and plot details.
• Update PX reports and monitor re-sale properties.
• Update Sales Director and Sales Manager daily with concerns.
• Set up legal framework for new developments and liaise with management companies.
• May fulfil other Sales Department roles including Sales Administration.
• Answer general sales calls.
