Manning Stainton is seeking a Sales Progression Team Leader to guide a team of Sales Progressors from our Head Office, with a personal progression caseload and a focus on service excellence across multiple brands and regions.

You will coach, develop, and motivate the department, support the Head of Sales Progression, and help drive growth initiatives while balancing leadership duties and individual caseloads.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading sales progression teams.

• Experience with branch networks and multiple brands.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve predicted targets and pipeline conversion.
• Coach, develop and manage team performance.
• Conduct staff appraisals and retention discussions.
• Lead staff training and development.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Report departmental metrics and audit files.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Regional Sales Directors.
• Manage personal sales progression caseload.
• Support department projects and growth initiatives.
