Sales & Production Administrator

Salary: 23500 - 25000 per year, yearly bonus

Location: Birmingham Digbeth Area

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Sales & Production Administrator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the sales and production departments ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service for both UK and international customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and manage orders, quotations and sample requests
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries, resolving queries and complaints promptly
  • Liaise with clients to provide product information and build strong customer relationships
  • Support sales activities for domestic and international markets
  • Facilitate stock movements and follow up with production to resolve issues
  • Process domestic and international postal items
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a sales environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
  • Excellent attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
