Job description

Gazer is an international technology company specializing in automotive electronics, smart security systems, and consumer tech solutions. Our flagship product — the S5 Anti-Theft System — is used in multiple countries worldwide and is rapidly expanding across new markets, including South Africa, the UAE, LATAM, and North America.

We are looking for a charismatic and highly skilled Sales & Product Trainer who will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs (online) for new employees and client teams across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Gazer products (automotive electronics, security systems).
  • Conduct sales training: selling techniques, objection handling, real-case scenarios, partner communication standards.
  • Deliver engaging online product trainings for internal teams, dealerships, installers, and distributors.
  • Create and maintain training materials: presentations, manuals, video modules, quizzes, testing forms.
  • Lead onboarding sessions for new team members (product, sales flow, CRM, tools).
  • Evaluate training outcomes: assessments, feedback, performance tracking, improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technical Support, and Marketing teams to keep trainings aligned with product updates.
  • Ensure high engagement and clear communication during all sessions, maintaining Gazer’s professional image.
Requirements
  • 5 years + experience conducting online trainings (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms).
  • English level C1+ — excellent communication skills and confident public speaking.
  • Strong charisma — ability to capture attention and keep sessions dynamic and engaging.
  • Proven experience in designing training programs (technical, sales, or hybrid).
  • Experience in automotive electronics, security systems, tech products, or B2B training is an advantage.
  • Strong instructional design skills: structuring information, simplifying complex topics.
  • High responsibility, discipline, and readiness to work with international markets.
