Job summary

Razorblue in the UK seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Manchester team. You will manage procurement, prepare client quotations, and support account managers to enhance revenue and client satisfaction.

Role blends hands-on operations with client-facing activity, requiring strong communication, organisation, and a proactive approach to process improvements within our hybrid IT services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement/purchasing
• Drafting and compliance of procurement policies beneficial
• IT background advantageous (MSP/IT partner)

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day ordering for projects and internal equipment
• Prepare accurate client quotes and align with procurement costs
• Support account managers and manage customer escalations
• Coordinate with Project Delivery and Service teams to resolve delays
• Produce regular reports on quotations, renewals, and opportunities
• Maintain procurement documentation for audits
