Job summary

razorblue is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join a growing tech team. You will handle procurement, quote preparation, and account management support to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue performance.

Hybrid working is available; the role emphasizes collaboration with account managers, project delivery, and service teams to resolve issues and meet client requirements. A strong emphasis on communication and organisational skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in a procurement/purchasing team.
• Desirable: CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations or equivalent.
• Experience with drafting and compliance of procurement policies.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Operations: manage day-to-day ordering for projects and equipment; process requests with proper authorisation; track orders and deliveries; maintain procurement records; assist with policy updates; lead on invoice queries.
• Quote Preparation & Client Support: prepare accurate quotes; research options and pricing; liaise with account managers; engage with customers to tailor quotations; ensure quotes align with costs and margins; follow up on quotes.
• Account Management Support: support Account Managers to deliver excellent customer experience; manage escalations; coordinate with Delivery and Service teams; track renewals and opportunities; identify risks and growth areas; produce regular reports for management.
