Job summary

Razorblue Group Ltd is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join a growing tech team. You will handle procurement, prepare quotes, and support account management to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, policy compliance, and proactive problem-solving with a hybrid working policy. Relevant procurement experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in a procurement/purchasing team.
• Desirable: IT background, ideally for a Microsoft Partner/MSP would be beneficial.
• Involvement in drafting and compliance of procurement policies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Operations (30%): manage day-to-day ordering for projects, customer and internal equipment; process requests with proper authorisation; track orders and delivery timelines; maintain procurement documentation; support updating procurement policies; lead on invoice queries.
• Quote Preparation & Client Support (40%): prepare accurate quotes for equipment; research product options and pricing; liaise with account managers; engage with customers to define requirements; ensure quotes align with costs and margins; follow up on outstanding quotes.
• Account Management Support (30%): support Account Managers to deliver excellent customer experience; own and coordinate customer escalations; work with Project Delivery and Service teams to resolve delays; track renewals and opportunities; identify risks and growth opportunities; produce regular reports for management.
