Razorblue Group in Salford is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to help drive procurement, quotations and client support within our tech team.

You will manage day-to-day project orders, prepare accurate quotes tailored to client needs, and coordinate with Account Managers and delivery teams to resolve issues, track orders, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining strong, proactive communication with clients.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:

Procurement Operations (30%)

• Manging the day-to-day ordering for projects, customer equipment and internal equipment
• Process requests and ensure proper authorisation in line with company policies
• Track orders and delivery timelines, resolving issues that arise
• Maintain procurement documentation and records for audit purposes
• Support on creating & updating procurement policies
• Lead on invoice queries

Quote Preparation & Client Support (40%)

• Prepare accurate quotes for clients on equipment
• Research product options and pricing to meet client specifications
• Liaise with account managers to understand client requirements
• Engage directly with some customers to define requirements and produce quotations tailored to their business needs
• Ensure quotes align with procurement costs and company margin requirements
• Follow-up on outstanding quotes and track conversion rates

Account Management Support (30%)

• Support Account Managers in delivering an exceptional customer experience by proactively managing actions, issues and customer requests
• Own and coordinate customer escalations, ensuring issues are progressed effectively and stakeholders are regularly updated
• Work closely with Project Delivery and Service teams to help resolve project delays, delivery concerns and customer-impacting issues
