• Partner with ICAMs to own operational tasks around customer accounts.
• Investigate credits, rebills, and GM-hit issues, and record actions.
• Build and maintain customer catalogues with pricing data.
• Oversee governance for the department's program portfolio.
• Manage escalated projects to ensure performance.
• Support strategic planning and align program activities.
• Develop and monitor operational processes for billing managed services.
• Track KPIs related to billing and vendor costs.
• Mentor employees to increase efficiency.
• Participate in business strategy discussions with leadership.
