Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an Inside Client Account Manager (ICAM) to provide world-class support to customers by collaborating with field sales and SHI’s partner network. You will generate new sales within existing accounts, manage renewals, and create competitive pricing quotes for IT needs.

You will report to a Manager - Inside Sales and play a key role in revenue growth by engaging customers, processing orders, and maintaining accurate purchase order entries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a corporate setting.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in IT.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with vendors, partners and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central sales contact for the core customer base.
• Forge strong relationships with customers, external sales team and SHI internal departments.
• Work closely with the Outside Sales Team to jointly own the sales quota.
• Understand and help manage the opportunity pipeline and ensure accurate forecasts.
• Source and develop pricing quotes based on customers' IT requirements and services.
