Job summary

Kubus in London seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales team and streamline order, quote and data processes. You will act as the liaison across departments, ensure accurate quotes, manage orders and lead qualification while keeping customers happy.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in Salesforce or NetSuite, MS Excel, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a competitive package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in sales administration and customer service.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with NetSuite or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales with quotations and queries; escalation point when Sales Manager is away.
• Maximise selling time by handling customer tasks and communications; escalate when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data and correct errors.
• Ensure quotes are correct and train team on quoting processes and system updates.
• Monitor and process sales orders and POs; escalate issues to keep the cycle running.
• Manage back orders and timely shipment of allocated stock.
• Stay up to date with systems and processes; follow company policies.
• Support cancellations, RMA, and corrective processes with Finance/Distribution/Purchasing.
• Collaborate with Technical and Distribution teams to complete tasks and provide billing feedback.
• Create leads in Salesforce and assist Marketing with lead allocation.
