Position: EUC Regional Revenue Operations Manager EMEA

This role offers a unique opportunity to advance your career by developing expertise and leadership skills within our EMEA Revenue Operations. Key responsibilities include sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, account and territory planning, quota setting, payroll review, and escalation of sales commission issues.

You will work closely with leadership by presenting data and insights to resolve issues impacting business performance. The role requires liaising with multiple teams to gather business requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Success in the Role: Key Performance Outcomes
  • Within 30 days: Complete onboarding, understand EUC Revenue Operations pillars, and learn team contributions.
  • Within 60 days: Familiarize with processes and tools; manage a real business case involving data analysis and insights, especially on quota deployment and compensation; build stakeholder relationships.
  • Within 90 days: Engage with leadership to gather requirements and scope outcomes to enhance productivity.
  • Within 180 days: Proactively address issues and lead projects to maximize agility through change management.
  • Within 360 days: Become a subject matter expert and lead transformational initiatives, driving operational excellence.
The Work: Regular Tasks and Skills
  • Support EUC EMEA Regional Sales leadership as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations teams to ensure forecast accuracy, SFDC hygiene, quarter-end deliverables, and proper booking of orders.
  • Support the Commission process through planning, territory mapping, quota deployment, and dispute resolution.
  • Maintain data quality and compliance in sales goal sheets, ensuring timely issuance and acceptance.
  • Provide business intelligence through reports, market trends, and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Craft and present insights from complex data, emphasizing attention to detail.
  • Utilize data visualization and storytelling to communicate insights effectively.
