The Sales Operations Manager is the primary resource for operational functions associated with driving revenue and margin for assigned retail accounts. Key functions will include demand planning, inventory management, purchase order execution, POS & trend analysis, trade spend management and daily monitoring of overall business trends and operational performance. The role involves monitoring real-time business issues, interpreting data, and suggesting immediate action plans to address issues or seize opportunities. The manager will collaborate with Shark/Ninja internal teams and direct account contacts.

The position is based in our central London offices (Hybrid - typically 3 days a week).

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Become a resource on customer-specific needs and communicate effectively with both the account and company.
  • Pull weekly business reports highlighting key insights and actions.
  • Coordinate and track sales performance against promotional expectations with sales analysts and help plan future shipments based on results.
  • Work closely with demand planning, sales teams, and supply chain to forecast, plan inventory, and manage orders.
  • Input forecasts and update relevant data in SFO system.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with customer replenishment teams to review results and adjust strategies.
  • Coordinate customer orders with supply chain planning and availability.
  • Partner with account teams on trade spend and promotional planning.
  • Assist in preparing customer presentations and business review materials.
  • Develop a good understanding of our product categories and competitors.
  • Provide monthly financial updates and perform detailed analysis of sales and operational metrics.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to generate actionable insights.
  • Maintain curiosity and seek creative solutions.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business.
  • 3-5 years in demand planning, supply chain, or business analytics within consumer products.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Operational or sales experience with large retailers like Target is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment positively.
