DeepL is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join a high-growth global sales organisation. You will be the first line of support for our 250+ account executives, helping to unblock deals and ensuring data quality in Salesforce.

Based in the UK, you will work in a hybrid London office schedule, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions for clients. The role emphasizes service mindset, ownership, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in sales support, sales operations, revenue operations or CRM administration.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM, and a good feel for how a sales process runs.
• Ownership and problem-solving mindset in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Operations support channel in Slack for your region, answering questions from sales teams and keeping the queue moving.
• Take each request end to end — diagnose it, fix what you can, and pull in the right people from Operations, Salesforce Administration or Finance when you can't.
• Help sellers navigate Salesforce: opportunities, quotes, accounts and the sales process.
