About The Role

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Sales Operations Director to lead and develop Node4's Sales and Marketing Operations. This senior leadership role is vital in optimizing sales performance, aligning cross-functional initiatives, and delivering operational excellence to support revenue growth and customer engagement.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role oversees all aspects of sales operations, including sales processes, analytics, territory and quota design, compensation strategies, and marketing operations integration.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader with a strong background in sales operations strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Tasks
  1. Lead the strategy and continuous improvement of the Sales Operations function.
  2. Oversee end-to-end sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, IT, Product) to align on business priorities and strategic goals.
  4. Manage segmentation models and evaluate opportunities within key accounts.
  5. Drive process excellence and promote best-practice adoption across the sales organization.
  6. Design and manage territory structures and quotas to balance workloads and drive performance.
  7. Collaborate on sales compensation strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
  8. Utilize tools like Power BI to deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
  9. Produce comprehensive reports on KPIs, sales forecasts, and revenue metrics.
  10. Support training and enablement of the sales team to improve performance.
  11. Lead and mentor the Sales Operations team to foster a high-performance culture.
What will you bring?
  1. Extensive experience in a senior Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations leadership role.
  2. Strong command of sales strategy, performance management, and data analytics.
  3. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and develop scalable processes.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  5. Deep knowledge of CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and data platforms (Power BI is a plus).
  6. Experience in designing compensation plans, forecasting, and territory planning.
  7. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  8. Experience working with or aligning marketing operations is beneficial.
