The Role
As the successful Commercial Operations Director you will be a key member of the UK leadership team contributing to the overall UK business strategy. This is a high-impact role for a problem solver and leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution and data-driven insight-based decision making. This role is responsible for initiating and delivering change projects intended to drive significant efficiency and effectiveness across the business, with a focus on large scale systems or process changes. Leadership is key due to a large team of direct reports.
