Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join the Inside Sales team in a hybrid role (3 days in the office, 2 days at home). You will support sales, process orders, and coordinate inquiries across departments to ensure a smooth customer journey from quote to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Act as first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Support e-commerce and online order-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries and complete orders.
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
• Assist sales colleagues in delivering excellent customer service and identifying growth opportunities.
• Route customers to appropriate teams for technical or account support.
• Manage customer transactions per company processes and requirements.
• Identify opportunities to introduce complementary products and complete solutions.
