ADI Global Distribution in Liverpool is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to support sales targets and customer engagement. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and contribute to revenue through reseller relationships and effective account management.

Qualifications

• Prior sales/customer service experience, preferably in trades or wholesale; retail also considered.
• Ability to multi-task and sell over the phone and face-to-face.
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Confident communicating with customers by phone and identifying upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and team in achieving sales and profit targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain strong relationships with B2B reseller accounts.
• Manage a portfolio of reseller accounts, tracking pipelines and KPIs.
• Assist in executing store business plans and marketing strategies to drive revenue.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
• Deliver products across the region with timely, accurate service.
• Maintain CRM data to provide visibility on business progress and relationships.
