Job summary

Lioncroft Wholesale Limited is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support the sales team across order capture, entry and management, customer service and telesales activities. You will collate orders, process ecommerce and ensure accurate records while coordinating with delivery and stock teams to meet customer requirements.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer facing experience and the ability to handle customer queries.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work accurately and independently.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collate orders received by the wider team, sense check and enter into Orderwise.
• Ratify ecommerce orders and process them.
• Work with the wider team to manage stock issues to ensure order fulfilment.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to hit customer delivery requirements.
• Manage inbound customer sales queries via phone and email.
• Handle customer credits and returns.
• Manage customer complaints and aged debt.
• Adhoc outbound telesales activity and some proactive customer prospecting.
