Zusammenfassung

Geely Auto UK is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales function with accurate performance analysis, reporting and data management. The role coordinates sales programmes, targets, dealer incentives and financial processes, providing actionable insights for forecasting and strategic planning.

Working closely with Sales, Finance, Dealer Development and external partners, you will ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency and compliance while driving improvements to GDMS, ERP

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience in sales operations or dealer operations.
Automotive industry or dealer networks experience desirable.
Experience with CRM, ERP, GDMS/DMS or similar systems.

Aufgaben

Manage dealer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Investigate order issues and drive to resolution.
Analyze dealer feedback to improve GDMS functionality.
Review dealer-facing processes and recommend improvements.
Support DVLA/RAV reporting, dealer payments and incentives.
