Job summary

Geely Auto UK is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement, storage, tracking and delivery of finished vehicles across the UK. You will ensure accurate data, respond to stakeholder enquiries, and support import and customs activities to deliver vehicles safely and on time.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with carriers, monitoring stock and deliveries, and producing daily reports to support planning and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree beneficial for coordination and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience handling customs documentation and vehicle registrations would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day movement, storage, tracking and delivery of finished vehicles across the UK network.
• Maintain daily vehicle visibility including stock, dispatched vehicles and delivery requests.
• Prepare and issue daily delivery and carrier visibility reports to support planning.
