Job summary

Changan UK is seeking a highly organised UK Vehicle Sales Support Specialist to scale the UK business. You will own end-to-end vehicle ordering from the Retail Network, support wholesale planning and deliver data-driven insights through reporting and analysis.

Collaborating across Logistics, Finance, Sales and HQ, you will drive accurate data flows, strengthen dealer engagement and optimise reporting processes for automation and clarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in automotive operations, sales operations, network management or commercial analysis roles.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage all vehicle orders from Changan UK to Retail Network (Fleet and Retail).
• Support the UK Sales and Operations Manager with wholesale planning.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Finance, Sales and HQ to ensure alignment and consistency.
• Design, build and maintain reporting on Changan UK, Fleet and Dealer stock performance.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities within data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
• Continuously optimise reporting processes to improve automation, accuracy and relevance.
• Strengthen dealer engagement by improving transparency and responsiveness to vehicle ordering queries.
• Support the National Fleet Sales Manager with Fleet contracts and term agreements updates.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the role ensures the efficient flow of vehicles through the business while maintaining high levels of dealer engagement, operational accuracy, and communication excellence.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Support the National Fleet Sales Manager raising Fleet contracts and updating customer term agreements
