Job summary

Geely Auto UK invites applications for a Finance Business Partner role to support profitable growth and strategic decision-making in the UK market. You will partner with the Chief Commercial Officer UK and leadership to drive revenue, margins and commercial governance across pricing, campaigns and dealer profitability.

You will work with Sales, Marketing and Operations to build robust business cases, perform scenario modelling and ensure accurate financial reporting, while upholding HQ controls

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Commercial Finance / FP&A or Controlling roles.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with insightful financial analysis.
• Experience in pricing, margin management, incentives and profitability improvement.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling in fast-paced environments.
• Experience developing business cases and evaluating strategic investments.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end processes.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience.
• Bridge between financial control and commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate accounting for revenue, discounts and costs; align controlling and accounting perspectives.
• Partner with commercial leadership to drive profitable UK market growth.
• Improve gross margins through pricing, incentive and product mix management.
• Lead pricing reviews and provide recommendations on vehicle pricing, campaigns and incentives.
• Analyse dealer profitability and identify opportunities to improve network performance.
• Provide financial assessment on fleet, leasing and key account opportunities.
• Develop robust business cases, financial models and investment appraisals.
• Deliver forecasting, budgeting and scenario modelling to support planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to evaluate performance and campaigns.
• Conduct regular profitability reviews across products, channels and customer segments.
• Provide data-driven challenge and governance in decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to HQ policies and financial controls.
• Support month-end reporting, revenue controlling and margin analysis.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance financial control.
• Develop reporting tools and BI dashboards to improve visibility.
