Job summary

Geely Auto UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Automotive Finance to lead the financing strategy across Retail, Wholesale and Fleet, partnering with banks and funding partners to deliver competitive propositions and drive growth.

You will own finance KPIs, manage dealer finance programmes, ensure FCA compliance, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance to optimise profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Financing, Business Administration, Economics, Automotive Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in automotive finance, financial services or related fields.
• Strong experience managing finance programmes with retail, dealer and fleet channels.
• Proven track record in managing relationships with banks, funders and funding partners.
• Experience with PCP, HP, lease products and wholesale funding structures.
• Solid knowledge of FCA regulations and consumer credit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop automotive finance strategy, business plans and forecasts across Retail, Wholesale and Fleet.
• Manage relationships with banks, funders and financing partners at senior levels.
• Develop and optimise finance solutions to support sales growth and profitability.
• Own finance KPIs, monitor penetration and performance across the dealer network.
• Support pricing, residual value and finance programme decisions while balancing sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with FCA, Consumer Credit and internal governance requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Used Cars, Marketing, Network Development, Finance, Legal and Compliance teams.
